Join Our Group Fitness Classes – All Levels Welcome!
$60/Unit or $48/Unit for Seniors 60+
Drop-ins welcome – only $5 per class!
These one-hour group fitness classes are designed for everyone, offering a combination of low-impact exercise, strength training, balance work, and stretching. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, build strength, or work on balance, our classes offer something for everyone.
What you'll need to bring:
- 1" x 48" dowel (for balance work)
- Hand-held weights (3 to 8 pounds)
- Drinking water
- A mat for floor work
- Comfortable clothing & appropriate footwear
Come in and take the first step toward a healthier, stronger you! Classes are welcoming, fun, and provide a supportive environment for all fitness levels.
Classes are Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7:30pm in the Middle High School Cafeteria
6 weeks (12classes) January 6th 2025 - March 3rd 2025
No Classes on January 15th & 20th, February 17th & 20th - Snow Day Jan 30th
