Current Events
Mrs. Hildreth
Current Events Club is a club that is open to all students with an interest in current events. There are usually two types of students who attend. The first is someone that knows a lot about current events and wants to test their knowledge. The other is someone that is interested in current events and learns what is going on by playing the game. We play a trivia type game based on events from the local level to the international and a winner is declared at the end of each meeting. After a question or a group of questions on a topic, students are free to discuss the topic further or ask questions. Topics range from sports and entertainment to politics and business.
